Question by : What tells you that you need anger management?
What tells you that you need anger management? Like to what extent of anger tells you that you need it? And if you’ve been to anger management, what’s it like? What do you do exactly? Thankss and sorry for not expressing my question very well

You get heated often? You raise your voice frequently? You respond before thinking things through?

As for anger management… it’s kinda boring.. but if you want to get “better”… try pausing before responding. Try having conversations that are less “YOU make me mad” and more like “I feel hurt when you…” (it’s less aggressive – and is coined “fighting fair” versus just lashing out and name calling)

The other thing is to know when walking away is wisest… Police will tell you that you can save your self a lot of trouble by just walking away…. wait… then come back if wise and addressing the situation after you got past the rage bit….
