I deal with a lot of stress & anxiety on a regular basis. I’m just one of those people that over analyze everything! I wish it wasn’t so difficult to deal with daily stress so any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

me too…i just stay stoned….it works for me. really though, my anxiety attacks would turn into panic attacks on regular basis before. thats just me though.
