Take a break from stressful tasks. Take a few minutes, get up, walk around, go outside, take a few deep breaths.
If you’re going through a rough period and it’s life that’s stressful and not just a task, find time for a relaxing activity. Something you enjoy doing that will momentarily take your mind off other problems. I like painting. You can do it for as much or as little time as you want and you can see yourself creating something.
