About the class:
This class is designed for mothers looking to rejuvenate, while strengthening muscles weakened by pregnancy, and alleviating sore muscles and fatigue. Meet other mothers and enjoy a practice for you (and your baby!) About the teacher: Melissa Williams, ERYT-200, RPYT, RCYT began practicing yoga in 1998, hoping to find a new way to connect with her body in a more positive way. She quickly fell in love with vinyasa, but also expanded to other styles, including Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Restorative. Melissa received her 200-hr yoga training at the renowned Santa Barbara Yoga Center where she was able to study with such teachers as Erich Schiffman, Anne Van De Water, Paul Grilley, and Scott Blossom.
